Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements
Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution
Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and isolate software issues
Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases
Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Develop and execute test cases and test scripts to validate software functionality
Collaborate with the development team to identify, report, and track software defects
Participate in test plan and test case reviews, providing insights and suggestions for improvement
Perform thorough analysis of software requirements and specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the testing process, proposing improvements as necessary
Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Software Tester with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices
Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and defect management
Experience with various testing techniques, such as functional, regression, and integration testing
Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
