DA5 holds seven licenses from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, enabling us to deliver remittance, foreign exchange, electronic money, virtual asset, electronic payment, merchant acquisition, and payment system operation services across the Philippines.

Our Regulatory Licenses

DA5 is a registered money service business (MSB) operating under BSP supervision.

  1. Remittance Agent License

    Authorizes DA5 to act as an intermediary for licensed remittance service providers, facilitating the collection and forwarding of domestic and international remittances.

  2. Foreign Exchange Dealer License

    Permits DA5 to buy, sell, and exchange foreign currencies, providing accessible foreign exchange services to individuals and businesses.

  3. Electronic Money Issuer License

    Enables DA5 to issue electronic money and operate e-wallet services, supporting digital transfers, payments, and stored value for customers.

  4. Virtual Asset Service Provider License

    Regulates DA5's virtual asset exchange and digital wallet operations, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing standards.

  5. Electronic Payment and Financial Services License

    Allows DA5 to provide non-traditional payment services including bill payments and digital fund transfers through electronic products and technologies.

  6. Merchant Acquisition License

    Authorizes DA5 to onboard merchants and process card, e-wallet, and account-to-account payments on their behalf, expanding cashless acceptance for retailers and online sellers nationwide.

  7. Operator of a Payment System

    Registers DA5 as a BSP-supervised operator of a payment system under the National Payment Systems Act, authorizing the clearing and settlement of fund transfers between payers, payees, and participating financial institutions.
