DA5 holds five licenses from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, enabling us to deliver remittance, foreign exchange, electronic money, virtual asset, and electronic payment services across the Philippines.

Our Regulatory Licenses

Each license is issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), the central bank of the Philippines, and authorizes DA5 to operate specific financial services under strict regulatory oversight.

RAL

Remittance Agent License

Authorizes DA5 to act as an intermediary for licensed remittance service providers, facilitating the collection and forwarding of domestic and international remittances.
